THE SAFETY TEST HAS ONE QUESTION.

Donald tests a clockwork duck by asking who is president, then awards himself the certificate. Inspired by his September 14 claim that presidential judgment supplies AI guardrails; he also cited existing regulatory and criminal powers. The test and toy are invented.

Satire: Original duck-world political satire. All dialogue, props and actions are invented; receipts establish the public remarks.
